What is Sports Massage?
Sports massage is a massage technique that manipulates soft tissue. This soft tissue includes muscles, skin, fascial, tendons and ligaments. This method of massage targets muscle groups and aims to release and correct imbalances in the body. These imbalances may arise from everyday work load, sports or a persons general composition and postural alignment.
